Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Solixity Logistics website and our dispatch and administrative support services.
Our services
Solixity Logistics provides dispatch and administrative support services to motor carriers, owner-operators, and small fleets. This includes load search support, broker communication support, route planning, and paperwork coordination.
Solixity Logistics is not a licensed motor carrier, freight broker, or freight forwarder, and does not assume operating authority on your behalf.
Carrier responsibilities
Carriers remain solely responsible for their operating authority, insurance, safety and regulatory compliance, broker/carrier agreements, and the final acceptance of any load. You make the final decision on every load before it is booked.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee specific loads, rates, revenue, or income. Freight availability and rates depend on market conditions, your equipment, lanes, and other factors outside our control.
Fees
Dispatch service fees depend on your equipment type, lanes, and dispatch needs, and are typically structured as a percentage of booked load revenue or a flat weekly arrangement. Applicable fees are explained and agreed upon before services begin.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website and our services lawfully. We may decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solixity Logistics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
